- 1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment for services if the service has not yet been started or delivered.
For ongoing or completed services such as solar panel installation, cable laying, or other electrical work, refunds will be considered only if the service is proven to be defective or not in line with the agreed-upon contract.
A detailed explanation and proof of any defects or issues should be provided to initiate a refund request.
- 2. Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been fully completed and approved by the customer.
Customized solutions or special orders specifically tailored for your needs.
Services related to H.T. & L.T. lines and electrical work where materials have already been purchased and used.
- 3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at anvipowersolutions1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5-7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- 4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., if only part of a service was delivered).
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of services provided.
- 5. Changes to Service Agreements
If a service needs to be altered after payment (e.g., change in solar panel specifications or adjustments to installation plans), additional charges may apply, and any previous payments may not be fully refundable.
- 6. Cancellation of Services
Customers can cancel their service request before it has begun. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
If a cancellation request is received after work has started, a prorated amount will be refunded, accounting for the work already completed.
