At Anvi Power Solutions, we offer both comprehensive and non-comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for Wind Balance of Plant (BOP) and Solar Power Plants, ensuring optimal performance and long-term reliability. Our O&M services are designed to cover every aspect of plant maintenance, focusing on both corrective and preventive measures to improve plant availability and efficiency.
There are three main types of solar power systems, each suited to different energy needs and applications:
Connection: Directly connected to the local utility grid.
How It Works: Solar panels generate electricity, which is used by the household or business. Excess electricity is fed back into the grid, often allowing users to receive credits (net metering).
Advantages:
Most cost-effective.
No need for batteries, as the grid serves as backup.
Suitable for areas with reliable grid access.
Connection: Not connected to the grid. It relies entirely on solar power and batteries.
How It Works: Solar panels charge batteries that store energy for use during non-sunny periods or at night.
Advantages:
Complete energy independence.
Ideal for remote areas without grid access.
Connection: Connected to both the grid and a battery storage system.
How It Works: Combines features of both grid-tied and off-grid systems. Solar panels supply energy to the home and charge the batteries. Any surplus can either be stored or sent to the grid. In case of a grid failure, the batteries provide backup power.
Advantages:
Offers energy independence and grid support.
Ensures power during blackouts.
